Did Not Receive Any Notice, Will Not Appear: Bandi To SIT

Hyderabad, March 24 (Maxim News):  Telangana BJP President and MP, Bandi Sanjay said that he has not received any notice from the SIT office, hence he will not appear before the SIT today in the TSPSC question paper leakage case.

He wrote a letter to this effect, and in the letter, he stated that he did not receive any notice from the SIT office.  He said that he came to know through news articles that he has to appear before the SIT today.  He said that he had not seen the contents of the notice.  He clarified that he has the responsibility to attend the Parliament as an MP.  Requested to give another date for attendance.

It is known that an SIT notice has been issued to Bandi Sanjay under Section 91 Cr.PC in the case of leakage of TSPSc question papers.  SIT police went to Sanjay’s residence in Banjara Hills on Tuesday.  As no one was there, notices were pasted on the wall of the house.  The notices stated that an article was published in a daily newspaper on March 21 on the allegations made by Bandi Sanjay on the leakage of Group-1 question papers.  In response to this Bandi Sanjay wrote a letter to SIT.  (Maxim News)
