Disha encounter case: Notices issued to TSRTC MD VC Sajjanar

Hyderabad, Sept.29 (Maxim News): The Commission constituted by the Supreme Court of India to inquire into the sensational encounter of Disha case accused has issued notices to TSRTC MD VC Sajjanar.

It actually asked Sajjanar to appear before it on Wednesday. However the Commission later asked Sajjanar to appear before it at a later date as the inquiry of the members of NHRC in the case is not over.

The commission inquired the family members of the victims of the encounter and the officials who took part in the encounter. (Maxim News)
