DK Aruna Appeals Assembly Secretary To Recognize Her As Gadwal MLA

Hyderabad, Sept 5 (Maxim News): BJP leader D.K. Aruna met the Assembly Secretary and requested to recognize her as Gadwal MLA.

D.K Aruna who reached the Assembly today met with the Assembly Secretary and informed him that the High Court recently ordered to declare Gadwala MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy as disqualified and to recognize her as MLA. She handed over the copy of the High Court order and the orders of the Central Election Commission to the Assembly Secretary. The Central Election Commission has ordered to issue a gazette recognizing DK Aruna as an MLA.

Speaking to press persons, the BJP leader said that the Gadwala MLA gave a false affidavit in the 2018 election. I went to the High Court on this.  She said that the Court has ruled that Krishna Mohan Reddy’s MLA election is invalid and she should be considered as an MLA.  She said that the Central Election Commission has issued a gazette notification to implement the High Court verdict.  It has been ordered to be published in the state gazette.  She said that she had handed over the copy of the order given by the Central Election Commission to the Assembly Secretary

She said that she called the Speaker to make arrangements for her oath-taking ceremony, but he was not available.  She said that even after 15 days of the verdict, justice has not been served to her.  She said that she hoped to get a positive response from the Speaker.  (Maxim News)
