DK Aruna Visit Chilkur Balaji Temple

Hyderabad, Sept.27 (Maxim News): Newly elected National Vice President of the BJP, D K Aruna today made visit to the famous Chilkur Venkateshwara Swamy Temple near Hyderabad city.

Aruna, the former minister, has got the blessings from main priest of Dr M V Soundararajan. The BJP leader has performed special pujas on the occasion. Dr M V Soundararajan blessed Aruna with all success. He also requested her to support the deity rights movement of Chilkur Balaji and get an official notification.

The Deity Rights proposed notification is expected to provide constitutional protection for the pious purpose of Deity and Devotees constituting Hindu Temple Worship Sampradaya (“Hindu public having belief in God. It is a faith in temple worship is a religious denomination” as defined by Kerala High Court full bench) in the legal personality of the Deity under Art 26 from both internal and external threats. The operative part of the draft notification is as follows :-(1)As per Art 363 read with Art 5 from the commencement of the Constitution, that is as from 26-1-1950 Shri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Deity as Ruler of Hindu Temple worship sampradaya enjoys Art 26 Rights along with all fundamental rights enjoyed by Citizens.

(2) By operation of Art 14 the pious purpose of incarnation of all Hindu Deities is equally protected under Art 26 and other fundamental rights enjoyed by Shri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Deity.

While clearly the basis of Sabarimala judgement against which crores of women devotees agitated for protecting rights of their Deity will go enabling victory of Dharma; The impact of this simple one-page notification with above operative part will be profound and we look at some of the other Top 5 immediate effects of this notification

Temples currently administered by the Secular Govts will come under an autonomous Dharmika Parishad with eminent devotees representing Hindu Temple Worship Sampradaya as our Acharyas have desired as per the 2010 resolution of Hindu Dharma Acharya Sabha with Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati as the convener and in line with recent Palani temple case judgement ratio “Acharyas discussed and resolved to form a Rajya Dharmika Parishad in order to preserve autonomy of Hindu religious institutions and curtail the interference of the Govt…the members..should be appointed after taking suggestions and advice from all the Acharyas”

Deity Rights movement will result in the formation of dharmika Parishad to oversee the temple administration in the entire country.

Dr Soundararajan asked her to help in getting this notification and recollected the way DK Aruna and helped in endowments Act amendment in 2007 which resulted in Dharmika Parishad as a solution for better Administration.
