ED Custody Extended For Kejriwal Till April 1: Self Argument In Court
Delhi/Hyderabad, March 28 (Maxim News): Rouse Avenue Court has extended the ED custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested in the Delhi Liquor scam case, for another four days. The decision revealed that he had been handed over to ED custody till April 1.

After the earlier seven-day custody ended today, the ED officials produced Kejriwal before Special Judge Kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue Court. The ED asked to hand over Kejriwal to their custody for another seven days for further investigation into the liquor case. He was ordered to appear before Court on April 1 at 11 am.
The ED accused Kejriwal of recording his statements for five days while interrogating him. The remand report stated that he did not disclose the passwords of the digital devices. At the same time, the statements of three other persons were also recorded. Earlier, Kejriwal himself presented his arguments in Court. Only four witnesses mentioned his name in this case. Are those statements enough to arrest a CM? He asked.

Addressing ED, he alleged that they are trying to portray ‘AAP’ as a corrupt party in front of the nation. Kejriwal said on this occasion that he is ready to face the ED inquiry. It is known that Kejriwal was arrested by ED on March 21.
Kejriwal said that Delhi’s Liquor Scam case is a political conspiracy. He, who is in the custody of ED, was produced in Rouse Avenue Court today. while going to the court premises he made this comment to the reporters there. (Maxim News)
