Eshwar directs officials to speed up SC Loans Plan

Hyderabad, Nov.6 (Maxim News): SC Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar today directed that the officials speed up plans to give loans to the eligible SC community people for 2020-21 under schemes in the state.

He held a high level review meeting with the officials and took stock of the loans disbursal plan and asked them to continue further.

SC development secretary Rahul Bojja, SC Cooperative Corporation Chairman Banda Srinivas MD Karunakar and others attended the meeting. They apprised the minister of the current loans plan and steps for disbursal to the eligible.

Eshwar directed that the officials should speed up the loan disbursal program in all districts. Give loans to all eligible SCs under schemes. The Minister instructed the officials to conduct a district collectors meeting to ensure speedy disbursal of the loans to the eligible SCs in the state.

The Minister instructed the officials to give loans by November end to the unskilled persons and by December to the skilled persons. Plan out the strategy to disburse the loan amounts to the eligible without any further delay, the minister said.

Eshwar directed to focus on Dalits welfare, hostels, study circles, and steps to continue the schemes in all districts and include the same in the next bankers meeting. He further asked that the plan has to be implemented for all round development of SCs with necessary training in professional communities.

Rahul Bojja informed that a study center will be set up in Dharmapuri which is the segment of the minister himself. (Maxim News)
