Etela Welcomes Leaders into Party at Mahabubnagar

Hyderabad, July 25 (Maxim News): BJP MLA and former minister Etela Rajender today welcomed the leaders of different political parties into the saffron party at a program held in Mahbubnagar district. The local BJP leaders presented a sword to the MLA on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Etala termed Monday as a great day for the people of the country as a first tribal woman became the President of India. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had proved his commitment towards the oppressed and marginalised communities by making a tribal woman leader as President of the country. He also said the Prime Minister had ensured social balance in his cabinet by making 70 percent leaders from the oppressed, weaker and marginalised sections as the cabinet ministers. He said his party’s popularity was growing in the country due to the social justice it was doing.

Targeting Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Etala alleged that the CM had retracted from his promise of making a Dalit leader as the first chief minister of State. He also alleged that the KCR had cheated the people of the State by not fulfilling promises made in his party’s election manifesto. He said they were holding bike rallies in order to expose the failures of the State government. He said their action plan would be to bring their party into power after the next Assembly elections and hoped that the party would come to power whenever the elections were held. He said a lot of leaders would join the saffron party after July 27.

The former minister claimed that several TRS and the Congress leaders were in touch with them. He reiterated that he would take on KCR in Gajwel Assembly constituency and would defeat him. He hoped that he would get the public support in Gajwel. Targeting the Congress party, he said the Congress party would neither form government at the Centre nor in the State and added that any vote in favour of the Congress would be nothing but a vote for the TRS party. He said they were welcoming the Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy into the party and added that the latter was planning to take revenge on KCR. He said he would ensure the victory of all those MLAs who join their party after quitting their MLA posts. (Maxim News)
