Fake NOC of TS WAQF Land, Mastermind Imityaz surrendered

Hyderabad: Mastermind of fake NOC of Waqf land, situated in R R District, Imtiyaz has surrendered in Nampally court here on Tuesday.

Imtiyaz admits to have forged the documents in Fake NOC Case of R R District where waqf land worth Rs 200 Cr.

It is to mention here that Chief Executive Officer Shahnawaz Qasim has denied to have issued the NOC.

Waqf Board has been constantly in the grip of forgery, due to which the board’s property is shrinking. Successive governments of the state showed negligence in not computerising the waqf records leading to userping of the precious waqf lands by land sharks.
