Issues Found at Kishkinda Kitchen

  • Cockroaches in the kitchen and rat droppings in storage, show a pest problem.
  • Expired food items, which were thrown away.
  • The kitchen staff were not wearing gloves.
  • Important documents, like food safety certificates and water reports, were missing.
  • Dirty refrigerators with food waste and blocked kitchen drains.
  • Food was stored improperly, with non-food items mixed in.

Issues Found at Posh Nosh Lounge & Bar

  • The restaurant has been operating without a valid license since December 2024.
  • Missing documents, including pest control records and food safety certificates.
  • Refrigerators were not cleaned, and the kitchen had no proper drainage.
  • Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food were stored together.
  • Some food items were kept directly on the floor.
  • Expired food was removed, and cashew nuts were found to have insects.
