Formula E-Car Race Case | Hyderabad, Sept. 9: A significant development has taken place in the Formula E-Car Race case, as the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has submitted a detailed report to the Telangana government.

The report specifically recommends that prosecution sanction be granted to proceed further in the case.

According to official information, the ACB has already questioned former minister K.T. Rama Rao twice and senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar three times in connection with the case. Once prosecution sanction is approved, the ACB is expected to file a charge sheet against both of them.

The case, which centers around the Formula E-Car Racing event, was registered by the ACB on December 18, 2024. Three officials were named in the FIR: K.T. Rama Rao as Accused No. 1, IAS officer Arvind Kumar as Accused No. 2, and HMDA Chief Engineer B.L.N. Reddy as Accused No. 3.
