Formulate Guidelines For Implementation Of T-Prime In The State

Hyderabad, Nov 11 (Maxim News): Founder Director of Telangana Chamber of Trade and Industries Promotion (TECHTIP) Abul Fateh Syed Bandagi Badesha Riaz Qadri demanded that guidelines be formulated for the implementation of the T-Prime scheme in the state to train them as entrepreneurs.

In a statement, he appealed to CM Revanth Reddy to announce the implementation of the T-Prime scheme to encourage minority entrepreneurship along the lines of the T-Pride of SC and ST industrialists. He expressed his concern that the T-Prime scheme announced six years ago by the previous BRS government was limited only to Dastras. He made a press release in Hyderabad.

He said that even if the funds were allocated in the state budget, the implementation of the scheme was hampered due to the lack of guidelines. Minority communities like Dalits.

He reminded that the State Minority Welfare Department, which has responded positively to TECHTIP’s repeated appeals to encourage entrepreneurs, has also sent proposals to the government. He stated that the then government took into consideration the proposals examined the feasibility gave a signal to provide equal benefits to the minority entrepreneurial entrepreneurs on the lines of Dalits and implemented the T-Prime scheme on March 3, 2018, through GO.No. 16.

He expressed his concern that the then government, the Minority Welfare Department had issued a memo to formulate guidelines for the implementation of the scheme, but so far six years have passed, but it has not materialized. Riyaz Qadri said that the recommendations of the Sachar and Ranganath Mishra Committee make it clear that the living conditions of Muslims are worse than those of Dalits. He said that the majority of minorities are working in transport, hotel, service, and construction sectors and there is no minimum financial incentive for them.
