Free Food For Devotees Coming For Ganesh Immersion: GHMC Commissioner

Hyderabad, Sept 14 (Maxim News): GHMC Commissioner Amrapali Kata said that all arrangements have been made on behalf of GHMC for Ganesh Immersion.

Speaking to media persons, she said that 15,000 GHMC staff will work for three days on September 17, 18, and 19. Sanitation staff and swimmers have been arranged in the Tank Bund.

The Commissioner said that GHMC is arranging fresh water and food in Tank Bund and Saroornagar for the devotees who come for immersion. We have already repaired the roads. We have installed street lights. We have placed cranes at all the major ponds.”We have set up baby ponds at small ponds within the GHMC.  The small idols set up in the colonies are immersed there.  The zonal Commissioners and the police work in coordination for Ganesh immersion said Amrapali.  (Maxim News)
