Hyderabad, June, 16: A former software professional from Hyderabad has transformed her passion for art into a growing business that preserves memories through customized resin creations. Through VYKA Art Studio, entrepreneur and artist Vanitha Anchuri creates personalized artworks that turn life’s special moments into lasting keepsakes.
Vanitha, originally from Mancherial with family roots in Vemulawada and Karimnagar, holds a Master of Computer Applications degree and worked in the software industry for nearly five years.
After taking a career break to focus on raising her two sons and supporting her family, she gradually returned to professional life by pursuing her long standing interest in arts and crafts.
Vanitha discovered Resin Art and Lippan Art during her creative exploration. What began as a hobby later became a full time venture.
Through VYKA Art Studio, she now creates customized resin products including nameplates, wedding garland preservation frames, wall clocks, engagement platters, coffee tables, mantra frames, wall décor pieces, corporate gifts, and personalized home décor items.
One of her most sought after concepts is wedding varamala preservation. Couples send their wedding garlands to be transformed into decorative wall art, clocks, and display pieces that preserve sentimental value.
She also creates memory preservation products for families by embedding childhood keepsakes such as first shoes, hospital bands, toys, and personal belongings into resin artwork.
Another distinctive offering is Spice Theme Resin Art, where spices, grains, and lentils are artistically preserved to create decorative pieces inspired by Indian culinary traditions.
Vanitha customizes designs around each customer’s profession, interests, and personal story. Her clients include homeowners, newly married couples, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and commercial establishments.
She says returning to professional life after several years required determination, continuous learning, and confidence.
According to Vanitha, balancing family responsibilities with entrepreneurship became possible through structured planning and strong family support.
Her work recently gained visibility at the FICCI FLO Style Tatva exhibition, where her stall attracted strong visitor interest.
Looking ahead, Vanitha plans to expand VYKA Art Studio, introduce more customized products, participate in additional exhibitions, and eventually establish a dedicated studio space focused on handcrafted décor and personalized resin art.
Her journey reflects how career breaks can evolve into new opportunities through creativity and persistence.
