Gaddam Prasad As New Assembly Speaker: BRS Supports Congress Decision

Hyderabad, Dec 13 (Maxim News): The BRS Party has expressed its support for the unanimous election of Telangana Legislative Assembly speaker.  

On this occasion, Minister Sridhar Babu went to BRSLP office and met former Minister K. Tarak Rama Rao. Later, Sridhar Babu invited KTR to complete the assembly speaker nomination programme. With this, KTR went along with Minister Sridhar Babu and signed the Speaker’s nomination papers

On the other hand, the ruling Congress leadership has finalized the name of former minister and Vikarabad MLA Gaddam Prasad Kumar as the speaker candidate for the Congress party. Gaddam Prasad handed over nomination papers for the post of speaker a while ago. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Ministers and MLAs participated in this program.  (Maxim News)
