Alampur/Hyderabad, July 5 (Maxim News): The Kurnool rural police have arrested a gang of fake currency notes in Kurnool Gram Panchayat of Kurnool Mandal of Andhra Pradesh.
the fake notes gang included people from Kaytoor village of Jogulamba Gadwal district, Alampur Mandal in Telangana, and a commotion broke out in the village.
According to Kurnool Police, two gangs were caught exchanging fake notes in the suburbs of Kurnool. The police said that an agreement was made that one gang would pay Rs. 90 lakhs, while the other gang would pay Rs. 30 lakhs.
Rs. 87.50 lakhs from the first gang and Rs. 16.30 lakhs was from other gan seized. The second group consists of Janampalli Chandrasekhar Reddy, Bheem Pogu Chinna Nagana, and Chakali Brahma from Katur village of Alampur Mandal of Gadwal district.
The arrest of people from Kaytoor village is the exchange point for these stolen notes. One of the three people is a prominent person in the village and it has become a topic of discussion. It is still being discussed how many people are related to the gang. (Maxim News)
