GHMC Commissioner Inspects EVM Godown at Chudi Bazar
Hyderabad, Jan 8 (Maxim News): The GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan inspected the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) storage godown at Chudi Bazar on Thursday, reviewing the security and infrastructure arrangements in place.
The inspection focused on the implementation of security protocols, round-the-clock surveillance, adequate ventilation and strict compliance with the guidelines of the Election Commission of India. Special attention was also paid to fire safety measures and the availability of uninterrupted power supply with backup systems to ensure the safety and integrity of the stored EVMs. (Maxim News)
