Once finished, people will be able to easily travel from the old city to other areas like Secunderabad and the bus stations. The government wants to build it quickly.

Hyderabad already has a big metro network that is 69.2 kilometers long. There are lines from LB Nagar to Miyapur, Nagolu to Rayadurgam, and the bus stations. The first part of this network cost about Rs. 16,000 crore and was built by L&T Metrorail Company.

The new Chief Minister wants to build more metro lines and improve the Musi River. He listened to the plans of the Hyderabad Metro Rail officials and decided to finally build the metro line in the old city.

The new line will go through many areas, including Darushifa, Purani Haveli, and Charminar. It will have four stations: Salarjung Museum, Charminar, Salibanda, and Falaknuma. These stations will be close to important historical buildings.

To build the line, they will need to take down about 1,100 buildings and widen the roads. The Chief Minister Revanth Reddy wants to make sure that they don’t damage any temples or historical buildings while they are building.
