Good News For Telugu States: Funds Released
Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct 15 (Maxim News): The Central government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has focused on the development of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states. Recently, both Telugu states have been given a sweet talk. Funds have been allocated for the development of AP and Telangana. AP-Rs. 498 crores, Telangana-Rs. 516 crores of funds have been released.

It is known that recently the CMs of the two states, Revanth Reddy and Chandrababu Naidu have met several Union Ministers including Prime Minister Modi. Political analysts are expressing their opinion that the effect of successive visits to Delhi has made the Center give funds. It is known that the Center has provided flood aid to the Telugu states to help them from the recent heavy losses.
The central government has announced financial assistance to the troubled Telugu states in the wake of heavy rains and floods. Funds of Rs. 5,858 crore have been allotted to 14 states. Telangana Rs. 416.80, NDRF has released funds of Rs. 1,036 crore to A), Maharashtra got the highest release of Rs, 1,432 crore.

It is known that along with Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, a central team toured the Telugu states and examined the damage caused due to floods.
Recently, the Central Jal Shakti Department has released advance funds for the first time for the Polavaram project. It has issued orders releasing Rs. 2,348 crores in the current financial year. While some conditions have been added and the announcement has been made. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Chandrababu’s successive visits to Delhi have been successful. CM Chandrababu Naidu who has been to Delhi many times since the formation of the government in AP, met with many central ministers including Prime Minister Modi. CM Chandrababu held discussions with central leaders on important issues such as the development of AP, pending funds due to the state, and funds to complete Polavaram. (Maxim News)
