Governor Advised Several Changes According to Facts in Budget Speech

Hyderabad, Jan 31 (Maxim News): Governor, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan advised the state government headed by the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao to make several changes in the budget speech according to the facts, which she is going to deliver to the joint session of the Assembly on February 3

Minister for Legislative Affairs and Roads and Building Vemula Prashant Reddy who has presented the speech copy to the Government has agreed that the budget speech will be prepared in accordance with the instruction of Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundara Rajan. He said that they will show the existing facts in the speech.

Earlier, the State government decided to hold a budget session without the Governor’s speech, when the Governor did not approve the budget, the State government went to High Court, but later on the State government withdrew the petition

Minister Vemula Prashant Reddy from the government and the officials went to Raj Bhavan and held discussions and a reconciliation was reached between the Governor and the government on the budget sessions. After the meeting with the Governor, the government gave clarity on the dates of the budget session. (Maxim News)
