Govt Has To Pay Rs.2400 Cr Arrears To Tsrtc: Jac Leader

Hyderabad, Oct 9 (Maxim News): The leader of TSRTC JAC Ashwadhama Reddy on Wednesday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was behaving and talking like his predecessor of AP state N. Kiran Kumar reddy. He said that while Kiran Kumar Reddy alleged that the TSRTC leaders had fallen in the trap of KCR in his rule, he said that now KCR was also speaking in the same manner.

Speaking at an all-party meeting here, he said that their unions have not lost their existence so far, as stated by the Chief Minister. He alleged that the Chief Minister was speaking out of frustration. He said that the state government owed Rs. 2400 crore to the Corporation and asked as to why it was not clearing the arrears. He alleged that the state government had also used their Rs 832 crore of EPF money, and urged the people of the state to understand the reasons behind their ongoing strike.

CM Acting In An Arrogant Way: Tammineni

CPM state secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram alleged that KCR was acting in an arrogant manner on the ongoing TSRTC strike issue. He termed the strike as a historic one. He said that their party’s support would always be with the corporation union leaders. Referring to the statement of the CM that the corporation employees should not go on strike, he made it clear that there was no such bar in the law. He alleged that a match fixing was done between the CM and private bus operators. (Maxim News)
