Hyderabad, Oct.9 (Maxim News): Telangana State Unionm of Working Journalists (TUWJ), Organisation for the Protection of Democratic Rights (OPDR), Unity Centre of Communist Revolutionaries of India UCCRI support to TSRTC workers who on strike for the last five days.
TUWJ president N Sekhar and General Secretary K Virahat Ali, in a press note, questioned whether threatening the employees with deadlines, arrests and dismissal is in consonance with democratic system. They said that chief Minister KCR acting in a harsh manner is not correct. OPDR secretary D Vijayender Rao demanded the Government ti immediately resolved the issues and condemned the oppressive measures being taken by the Government.
UCCRI (M-L) Secretary Vinod condemned the dictatorial attitude of the Government and the Chief Minister, and appealed to the people to stand behind the RTC workers who are fighting for their genuine rights. (Maxim News)
