Function Halls have become very expensive for wedding ceremonies these days. TS Govt. has now decided to benefit the poor persons by constructing marriage halls. This was disclosed by Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Dy. CM while replying to the questions posed by city legislators in Assembly on 29th March during question hour.
Mr. Mahmood Ali also informed that District Collectors have constituted managing committees for the construction of marriage halls which includes MRO of the area as convener, 3-4 Muslim personalities of the area as members. Engineering Dept. of the Govt. will be entrusted with the job of construction.
