The opposition is worried now. It has been stated that they have given G.O. 29 only when the notification was given. He said that even though the candidates had gone to the High Court on G.O. 29, the courts also stood by. He said that the candidates are losing due to this postponement every time.

In spite of this, many candidates have recently filed a petition in the High Court saying that they are losing due to the newly introduced G.O. 29 by the Telangana government. It is stated that reservations will be followed in Group-1 appointments. He said that the implementation of G.O number 29 will cause injustice to SC, ST, and BC candidates writing Group – 1.

However, the court which inquired into this dismissed the petitions of the candidates and ruled that the Group-1 examinations could be conducted as usual.

In this connection, the candidates approached the Supreme Court again. In their petition, they have stated that G.O. 29 should be canceled and the rule of reservation should be implemented. Group-1 Mains Exams will be held from October 21 to 27. However, it is noteworthy that the Supreme Court will hear the petitions filed by these candidates on October 21, the same day as the main examination.  (Maxim News)
