Group-1 | New Delhi / Hydeabad, Oct 9: The Supreme Court has refused to interfere with the interim verdict of the Telangana High Court on Group-1 examinations.
The bench said on Thursday that it cannot interfere at this stage because the High Court Division Bench has given an interim verdict on Group-1 appointments.
Vemula Anush challenged the Group-1 appointments in the Supreme Court. The bench headed by Justice Suryakant heard this petition.
It made it clear that it cannot interfere in the context of the hearing on this issue in the High Court Division Bench on the 15th of this month.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court had refused to intervene for two days on a petition filed by another person in the same case two days ago.
Recently, the Supreme Court repeated the same matter once again, and the Telangana government seems to have got relief once again in the Supreme Court.
