Hyderabad, Oct.4 (Maxim News): Probably trying to diminish the media rumors of differences among them, IT and Municipal Minister KT Rama Rao today said that Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao and I are just like brothers. “We have grown up like brothers since childhood and now as cabinet members vying for development in our segments and the State”, he said.
Addressing the party leaders from Siricilla at his Begumpet residence here along with Harish Rao, KTR asserted that “I and Harish” grew up like brothers and there are no differences. We are treading on the path of development of our segments of Siddipet and Siricilla taking cue from Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao he said. All of the TRS leaders are of the opinion that KCR will be the chief minister for next 10 to 15 years in the state of Telangana. KTR asked the party leaders to try to campaign to get more votes this time and ensure the victory of sitting and other candidates announced by the party leadership.
Acknowledging KTR, Harish Rao said that he has been trying to develop Siddipet for the past decades. However, KTR has developed Siricilla segment in just four and half years. Propagate the programs and schemes of development and welfare to the people and win their support in the ensuing elections he said. Harish said that Siricilla was developed significantly during the TRS rule and KTR has taken special care in this regard. Siricilla which has been noted for suicides of the weavers is now looming on the development trajectory and KTR gets the credit for that, he noted. The weavers of Siricilla are getting better income and they produced the famous Bathukamma sarees, Harish said. In future the weavers town will develop further with Kaleshwaram waters and Textiles Park, he added. (Maxim News)
