Hyderabad, Dec.14 (Maxim News): Finance Minister T Harish Rao today welcomed a group of Congress leaders of Sangareddy into the TRS fold. At a program in the district, the minister offered them pink shawls of the party.
The minister said the local Congress leaders have joined the ruling party for development. Those who joined the TRS included block president Ramakrishna Reddy, Kandi village sarpanch Vimala Veeresham, Congress mandal activists and their followers. He said he started his political career in the TRS and continue for development. The new-comers sought house sites for 500 poor and development works in the mandal. On the occasion, the minister promised development in the mandal and district. (Maxim News)
