Hyderabad, Aug.10 (Maxim News): The Telangana High Court today dismissed the petition filed by AP Rajya Sabha MP Y. Vijaya Sai Reddy in AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s disproportionate assets case.
Reddy challenged the decision of CBI court to hear the cases filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED). He urged the HC to issue directions to the CBI court to either hear the cases filed by the CBI or hold simultaneous hearing of the cases filed by the CBI and ED. However, the HC did not agree with the arguments of Vijay Sai Reddy while supporting the decision of the CBI court.
The HC has also dismissed the petitions filed Jagati publications and Raghuram cements company. (Maxim News)
