Paddapalli / Hyderabad, Oct 12 (Maxim News): The Sripada Yellampalli project in the Peddapalli district has been flooded. As a result, the reservoir has become full. With this, 8 gates of the project have been lifted and 44,415 cusecs of water has been released downstream.
The inflow and outflow of the project is 44,415 cusecs. The Yellampalli project is full, the current water level is 20.175 TMC.
Officials have warned people in the Godavari catchment area to be alert as water is being released downstream from the Sripada Yellampalli project.
They have advised that no one should go into the catchment areas of the river. (Maxim News)
