Hyderabad: Heavy rains are falling across Telangana. Especially in the Karimnagar and Warangal districts, the rains are creating havoc.
The ditches and bends are overflowing with heavy rains. Crop fields were inundated due to incessant rains for days.
The rains sank. Cotton, sorghum and maize crops were severely damaged. All the crop fields face the ponds. Record rainfall was recorded in these two districts.
The ponds are overflowing.

Locals have been digging ditches in many areas for fear of barks to the ponds. People are moving to safer areas as inland areas are submerged.
Due to the widespread very heavy rains over Warangal and it's sorroundings most places in Warangal is under flood water. Yesterday Warangal received 180mm rainfall. Many villages were cut off from other areas due to heavy rains. Roads were destroyed. The power supply was cut off.
