Hyderabad, July 9 (Maxim News): The Telangana High Court has granted bail to Bandi Bhagirath, an accused in the POCSO case . The bail was granted on a surety of Rs. 1 lakh and as per the conditions set by the court. The court has issued key orders in the wake of the ongoing investigation of this case.
The High Court has made it clear that there should be no hindrance in the investigation process of this case. It has ordered Bandi Bhagirath not to influence the witnesses in this case under any circumstances. It has also advised him to fully cooperate with the investigating authorities whenever necessary for the investigation.
The case, registered under the POCSO Act, is currently under investigation, and the court has imposed several conditions while granting bail. Legal experts say that if they are violated, the bail may be cancelled. Further investigation in this case will continue in the court.(Maxim News)
