It may be recalled that a Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the High Court regarding the allotment of land to the BRS party in Hyderabad.  The petitioner filed a plea as to how the most valuable lands will be allocated.  The petitioner brought to the notice of the Court that the land worth Rs. 50 crore per acre was allotted for Rs. 3.41 crore and all the land allotment documents were kept secret.

Although there is already a party office in Hyderabad, the reallocation of 11 acres of land is illegal.  Forum for Good Governance Secretary Padmanabha Reddy has filed this petition.  (Maxim News)
