Hilt Policy : High Court Notices To Central And State Governments

Hyderabad, Dec 5 (Maxim News): A hearing was held in the Telangana High Court on the Hilt Policy today (Friday). Praja Shanti Party President KA Paul filed a petition on the Hilt Policy. He said that the GO made regarding the allotment of 9,292 acres of land is against the rules.The petitioner suggested that a CBI or ED investigation be conducted on this.

It was suggested that the matter be investigated by the CBI or ED. It was requested that the existing records be seized and a forensic audit be conducted. In this regard, the High Court issued notices to the Central and State governments. The court ordered that a reply file be filed immediately. The High Court adjourned the next hearing to December 29th. (Maxim News)
