Do not trust messages seeking money in the name of senior government officials. Confirm through official channels first.
Do not fear video calls from people claiming to be from the CBI, ED, police, customs, RBI, narcotics or FedEx. Police said the law has no concept of “digital arrest”, and no agency demands money online.
