Hyderabad, March 21: An elderly man died, allegedly by suicide, in his house at Bhagyanagar in Golnaka here on Monday.
He is suspected to have been depressed over the death of his wife five months ago and hanged himself to death.
The victim J. Gangadhar (65), according to the police, was depressed over his spouse’s death for quite some days. His family members who found him dead informed the police.
A case was booked and investigation is on.
