Hyderabad: Monsoon Coming 10 Days Early

Hyderabad, May 16 (Maxim News): The Indian Meteorological Department-Hyderabad (IMD-H) has given good news about the Monsoon to Telangana. Officials said that every time the monsoons come on June 1, this time it will come 10 days earlier. He said that there will be moderate rains in the state for the next four days.  ImD officials have warned that there is a possibility of heavy rains in some places on Thursday, May 16 with thunderstorms.

IMD-H officials said that heavy rais will occur from several districts including Hyderabad.  He said that especially in Mahbubnagar, Nagar Kurnool, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Khammam, Bhadradri Kothagudam, Ranga Reddy, and Yadadri districts, there will be rains with gusty winds.  there is a chance of gusty winds of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour.  At present, average temperature is recorded between 36 to 40 degrees in the state, he said.

Officials said that heavy rainfall was recorded in Nizamabad and Nirmal districts due to untimely rains.  Weather experts say that the rains will subside in the last week of May and the temperature will increase by one or two degrees.  Currently, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert due to rains accompanied by thunder, lightning, and gusty winds across the state.  (Maxim News)
