Hyderabad: Police Apprehended Accused Involved In A Murder Case

Hyderabad, June 22 (Maxim News) The Asif Nagar Police along with Task Force, Hyderabad apprehended the accused involved in a Murder Case that occurred on 19.06.2024 at Noble Talkies, Feelkhana Road near Amrutha Wines.

Seized one Knife used for the commission of this offense and other knives from A-1, One Passenger Auto from A-3 Accused Mohammed Omer Bin Hussain @ Shahed s/o Mohammed Afzal Hussain, age: 29 years, occ: Painting work r/o: Malaimet, Karwan, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad, A.2.Mohd Khaja @ Pasha s/o Mohd Sadath age:32 years, occ: Labour r/o. Nammak Ka Kharkhana, Kisha Nagar, Zhirra, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad, A.3.Shaik Feroz Pasha @ Bara Galli Feroz age:30 years

Auto Driver r/o.near Ahmed Hotel, Choti Masjid, Murad Nagar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad A.4.Syed Ghouse age:32 years occ: Labour, r/o. Near Yousufain Dargah, Aghapura, Nampally,

The deceased: Shaik Ali @ Aleem  Age: 32, Occ: Flower Decoration, R/o Aghapura, Nampally, Hyderabad (Rowdy Sheeter of PS Habeeb Nagar)According to the cast hehe A.1 to A.4 and deceased Shaik Aleem are friends and daily they meet and consume alcohol aa t public garden, Nampally Rly station, Chandra wines & Mallepally wines. The deceased Shaik Aleem is a rowdy sheeter at Habeeb Nagar and he used to snatch cell phones & money from innocent people.

The deceased Shaik Aleem, after taking alcohol used to quarrel with the accused and used filthy language. Whenever the deceased does not have a sufficient amount of drinking alcohol, he snatches the accused’s amount and consumes alcohol. The accused all fear the acts of Shaik Ali @ Aleem and used to do by his directions.

 Earlier, the deceasequarreleded with the accused and used filthy language several times. As usual, about five days back, said the deceased had k quarrel and beat A.1 at the t Public Garden and threatened him that would kill him. Since then A.1 developed a grudge against the deceased, decided to eliminate him,im and asked the help of A.2 to A.4, accordi tong, ly they also agreed and joiner hands with A.1 as they also had a lot of grudges againshim toto execute our plan, on 19.06.2024 at about 10.00 PM, as per the directions of A.1,

all were met at Mehdipatnam Auto stand and searched for Aleem. Initially, ly A.2 goes to a wine shop at Mallepally X road where Aleem frequently consumes alcohol, and finds him outside of Mallepally Wines, then A.4 also joined with A.2 and dies. While the e three were consuming alcohl after some time A.1 & A.3 came to said wines in A.3’s au, and slowly A.1 got down from m auto and attacked the deceased with a knife on his neck with the connivance of A.2 to A.4.The Police Asif Nagar arrested the accused on 22.06.2024 and was produced before the Court.
