Hyderabad Police Solves Child Kidnapping Case Within 5 Hours

 Hyderabad, Dec 26, (Maxim News): In a commendable display of efficiency, the Bahadurpura Crime team, South Zone, Hyderabad City, successfully apprehended two individuals involved in a kidnapping case and rescued a one-and-a-half-year-old baby girl. The operation was conducted within the jurisdiction of Bahadurpura Police Station.

Addressing the media on Tuesday, P. Sai Chaitanya, Deputy Commissioner of Police for South Zone, Hyderabad City, provided details about the accused and the swift resolution of the case.

The accused involved in the case, Naseem Begum, W/o. Late Mohd Akthar, age: 62 years, occ: Housewife, R/o. Mahmood Nagar, Kishanbagh, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad and A2 Smt Ayesha Begum @ Waseem Begum, W/o. Syed Ayub Hashmi, age: 32 years, Occ: Housewife, R/o., Nawab Sahab Kunta, Falaknuma, Hyderabad. The case has been registered Cr. No. 316/2023, U/s 363, R/w 34 IPC of Bahadurpura PS

Hyderabad Police Solves Child Kidnapping Case Within 5 Hours

Naseem Begum Al, the prime accused, housewife and mother of four, hatched a plan on December 25, 2023, at approximately 3:00 PM. She kidnapped the one-and-a-half-year-old daughter of her eldest daughter, Ayesha Begum (A2), from Kishanbagh Park. With wrongful intentions, Al handed over the child to A2 as they headed towards A2’s residence in Nawab Sahab Kunta by auto-rickshaw.

Within five hours of the incident, the Bahadurpura Police, acting on credible information, swiftly organized a search operation. The police team, comprising three units, meticulously reviewed around 100 CCTV cameras and, with the assistance of the local public, identified the accused Al. The 1 1⁄2-year-old baby girl was safely rescued and promptly reunited with her parents. The apprehended accused persons are now set to be produced before the court.

The successful operation was conducted under the supervision of A Sudhakar, ACP Falaknuma Division, and led by N. Srishylam, DI Bahadurpura, along with the dedicated efforts of SI’s A Srikanth, G Biksham, P Malla Reddy, G Narmadha, and the Crime teams of Bahadurpura, Kalapathar, and Falaknuma Police Stations in Hyderabad.
