Hyderabad, May 19: Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday said he would continue as Chief Minister till 2034 and work towards making Congress leader Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister of India.

The Chief Minister also said he would step aside after 2034 to give opportunities to a younger generation of leaders. He stated that after completing his role in Telangana politics, he would contribute to national service using his administrative experience.
Revanth Reddy further said he shares a strong rapport with Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and enjoys the confidence of the Gandhi family.
Recalling his political journey, he said he had worked in the Telugu Desam Party for nearly a decade before joining Congress. He added that he personally informed N Chandrababu Naidu before changing parties and said the two leaders still maintain cordial relations.
