If You Dare, Hold Local Body Elections: Sabitha Indra Reddy

Hyderabad, May 14 (Maxim News): Former Minister and Maheshwaram MLA Sabitha Indra Reddy said that if the government has the courage, it should hold local body elections. On Wednesday, Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak cheques were distributed to 380 people at the Premier Function Hall in Pahadi Shareef Jalpally Municipality.

She spoke at a meeting organized on this occasion.  She said that people are facing serious difficulties and they are struggling because they do not know whom to tell when they face difficulties.

She said that this government came to power by making many promises to the people before the elections. But today, it has completely ignored those promises and betrayed the trust of the people. She said that the local body elections are still pending because they do not dare to go to the people.
