Amaravathi/Hyderabad, Dec 9 (Maxim news): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has congratulated the BJP executive committee for launching the ‘Atal Sandesh… Modi Suparipalana‘ Yatra to instill the spirit of Vajpayee among the youth. Today (Tuesday), the CM held a teleconference with NDA ministers, MPs, MLAs and MLCs.
He called on the leaders to participate in the ‘Atal Sandesh – Modi Suparipalana’ Yatra to be undertaken from the 11th to the 25th of this month. He said that it is a pleasure to celebrate the centenary celebrations of Atal Ji, who is considered a political Bhishma. He recalled that Vajpayee laid the foundation for good governance in the country… The policies he brought laid a good foundation for the development of the country. He said that Vajpayee gave the country a leadership that every Indian would be proud of.
Born in a simple family, Vajpayee grew up with difficulty and led the country. The CM revealed that his greatness is known only because he was elected to the Lok Sabha 9 times and to the Rajya Sabha 2 times. He said that he participated in the Quit India Movement at the age of 18. He praised him for demonstrating India’s power by conducting the Pokhran-2 nuclear tests in 1998.
He said that he gave an irrefutable answer to the enemy with the Kargil War. He said that the Golden Quadrilateral Highway project that came up during Vajpayee’s tenure changed the direction of the country. He said that he also has a personal connection with him. He said that he helped a lot in the development of the state. He said that he was not one to say no to anything asked of the state.
CM Vows Swift Reforms, Cites NTR–Vajpayee Governance
He said that he will do whatever he is told to do for the benefit of the people. He said that he will make a decision very quickly about the formulation of policies. He said that he has initiated reforms in the telecommunications sector and the aviation sector. He said that if you look at NTR and Vajpayee, you can understand what good governance should be like. The Chief Minister said that NTR was also a person with a unique personality… he was persistent and always thought of doing good. He said that whether it was nuclear tests then, or Sindhur today… Whether it was Chaturbhuji then or Sagarmala today, they were successful programs under the NDA rule.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also working to make the country number one by 2047. He expressed confidence that India and Indians will go to number one by 2047. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu called on the leaders of the alliance to participate in the Vajpayee centenary program and make it a success… and to make the ‘Atal Sandesh – Modi Good Governance’ program a success.
