India’s First Covid 19 Virology Lab Set Up In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, April 23 (Maxim News): First virology lab of country to control covid 19 virus has been set up in Hyderabad. Union minister of state for home affairs G. Kishan Reddy launched the lab through video conference from New Delhi. State IT Minister KTR also took part in the inauguration ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that they were manufacturing PPE kits in the country. He opined that the severity of the corona virus would not be so serious had there not been any case related to markaz. He called upon the people of the country to fight together to drive out the virus from the country. He complemented the founders of the lab on the occasion. State minister KTR said that they were taking all steps for the containment of corona virus in the state. He said that they had set up a covid 19 specific hospital at Gachibowli in just 20 days.
