Interaction of ECHS staff and Veterans with ECHS Empanelled Hospital staff

Secunderabad, 20 Jul 2023: An interaction with ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme) Empanelled Hospital staff and Veterans of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states was conducted on 20 Jul 2023. Director, Regional Centre ECHS, Hyderabad conducted the discussions.

Major General Rakesh Manocha, General Officer Commanding, HQ Telangana and Andhra Sub Area (TASA) chaired the interaction. Representatives of 20 Empanelled Hospitals, Veterans, and Staff from the Regional Centre and ECHS Cell at Station HQ attended the interaction.

Veterans gave their suggestions and problems faced by them and empanelled hospitals raised their concerns while dealing with Veterans and ECHS staff. The issues discussed are genuine and will take definitive steps to improve the ECHS system as such. The GOC assured concerted efforts in providing the best medical care to the Ex-servicemen.SHNM/BSK/ECHS/20072023
