Jagan Shunts Away Four Officers From CMO
Vijayawada, May 30 (Maxim News): AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy today issued orders shifting some top officials from CMO. At his directive, Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam has shifted the four officials and asked them to report at GAD, including Sathish Chandra, CMO principal secretary Sai Prasad, secretaries Girija Shankar, A Rajamouli.
LV Subramanyam issued orders shifting them and the Chief Minister was busy at making some more changes in the administration that was so far headed by N Chandrababu Naidu. This is to leave his mark of rule in administration. Jagan also appointed Tourism MD Dhanunjay Reddy as additional secretary at his office. Related orders issued by LVS.
The Chief Secretary also issued memos on funds, expenditure and bills sanctions. He asked them to stall paying bills for the projects whose works are completed by 25 per cent. The previous regime violated FRBM norms and got loans from various sources and burdened on engineering works. He also said the previous government took improper steps despite lack of financial sources.
LVS was also asked to cancel works began before last April. Aim of the government was to serve better to reach people and avoid corruption by following fresh norms. Make payments to the works after confirmation, he added. (Maxim News)
