Jagga Welcomes CM’s Decision To Reinstate RTC Crew

Hyderabad, Nov.29 (Maxim News): Congress MLA Thoorpu Jayaprakash Reddy on Friday welcomed the decision of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to reinstate RTC workers. He thanked the Chief Minister for allowing the RTC workers to resume their duties.

Commenting on the increase in bus fares from Monday, he made it clear that the Congress would fight on behalf of the people as there was strong opposition to the decision of the State government. On the murder of veterinary doctor Priyanka Reddy, Jagga Reddy urged the police to intensify patrolling on the city outskirts, especially near the bus stops. He also requested the Chief Minister and Home Minister to take effective steps to prevent ghastly crimes against women by setting up special control rooms for women. (Maxim News)
