Jubilee Hills Vote Theft Case: High Court’s Key Comments

Hyderabad, Oct 16 (Maxim News): The High Court of Telangana has taken up the matter of vote theft in Jubilee Hills. K. Tarak Rama Rao and Maganti Sunitha have filed petitions to remove bogus votes. The petition states that people who are not related to Jubilee Hills have been included in the voter list. Seshadri Naidu presented his arguments on behalf of BRS. Seshadri Naidu told the court that there were 43 votes in one house.

The High Court clarified that there is no need to issue any special orders at this time.  The High Court, considering the arguments of the EC’s lawyer, stated that the EC has already received the complaint regarding bogus votes and ordered an investigation.  (Maxim News)
