Hyderabad, May 3: KA Paul alleges Kavitha sought Rs 10 crore for party funds and claimed that K Chandrashekar Rao refused the request, sparking fresh political debate. The remarks came after Kalvakuntla Kavitha announced plans to launch a new political party.
K A Paul made the allegations through social media. He stated that differences between Kavitha and her father led to the current situation. Moreover, he claimed that Kavitha had earlier aspired to become Chief Minister, but KCR did not agree.
KA Paul alleges Kavitha sought Rs 10 crore
Paul recalled an incident from 2008 to support his claims. He said Kavitha approached him seeking Rs 10 crore for party purposes. He added that he was willing to offer Rs 15 crore. However, he alleged that KCR personally advised him not to give any financial support.
Furthermore, Paul criticized Kavitha’s political move. He stated that the new party may not benefit the public. Instead, he alleged that the focus was on protecting personal assets.
In addition, Paul said he had been away from Telangana politics due to his visits to the United States. He noted that his international engagements limited his involvement in local issues.
Meanwhile, Paul also spoke about global matters. He expressed concern over rising tensions between United States and Iran. He claimed he is in touch with Donald Trump to help ease the situation.
Paul warned that a prolonged conflict could impact billions worldwide. He also claimed he has the ability to bring financial assistance for development in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Finally, he urged intellectuals and citizens to unite beyond caste and religion. He called on people to support the Praja Shanti Party for development.
