Kalvakuntla Kanna Rao Remanded For 14 Days
Hyderabad, April 3 (Maxim News): The Court remanded former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s brother’s son Kalvakuntla Kanna Rao for 14 days. The police took him to Cherlapally Jail.

After receiving a complaint against Kanna Rao that he tried to grab 2 acres of land in Manneguda, the police registered a case against him and arrested him. Kalvakuntla Kanna Rao was produced in the court today, the Court remanded him.
KCR’s brother’s son Kalvakuntla Kanna Rao was arrested by Adibhatla police. He is accused of trying to grab 2 acres of land in Manneguda, Telangana. Kanna Rao’s real name is Tejeshwar Rao. Cases have been registered against Kanna Rao and 38 people in the case of land grabbing.

Police registered cases against them under Sections 147, 148, 447, 427, 307, 436, 506, r/w 149 IPC. Police have also issued lookout notices for Kanna Rao. Now the police have arrested Kanna Rao and will take him for remand. Earlier, Kanna Rao filed a petition in the High Court for anticipatory bail. But the High Court rejected it. Kanna Rao’s bail petition was rejected twice in the High Court. (Maxim News)
