Kanchanbagh Sexual Assault Case | Hyderabad, Oct. 27: An 18-year-old Bangladeshi woman has alleged that her husband and three of his friends sexually assaulted and physically tortured her in Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad. Police have registered a case based on her complaint and launched an investigation.
According to police, the woman married Mohd Fayaz, a resident of Kashmir, after which the couple moved to Hyderabad. She alleged that her husband, who was reportedly addicted to alcohol, and his friends confined her inside a house.
Kanchanbagh Sexual Assault Case Under Investigation
The complainant accused Fayaz and three men identified as Mujeeb, Kamal and Rehman of subjecting her to physical torture and sexual assault.
Following her complaint, Kanchanbagh police registered a case against her husband and the three other accused. Further investigation is underway to establish the circumstances of the alleged offences.
The allegations are under investigation, and the accused have not been convicted.
