Delhi/Hyderabad, April 16 (Maxim News): The hearing of BRS MLC Kavitha’s general bail petition in the Delhi Liquor Scam case was adjourned. As the Judge was on vacation, the hearing scheduled for today was postponed to April 22.
The special CBI court will hear arguments on bail on april 22 at 2 pm. Kavitha has filed a petition in the court claiming that she is innocent and that she should be granted regular bail. After three days of CBI custody, Kavitha was shifted to Tihar Jail on Monday. The court remanded her in judicial custody till April 23. (Maxim News)
