Kavitha decries Manikam Tagore’s remarks against TS formation

Hyderabad, Feb.14 (Maxim News): TRS MLC K Kavitha today said Telangana State was achieved by long term fight and struggle. It is not a “bhiksha” (alms) given by some one and only achieved in non-violent manner by TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao, she said.

The former MP slammed the comments of the State Congress incharge Manickam Tagore for his remarks. Manikam Tagore or any other leaders of the Congress or other parties should not talk in a provocative manner on the issue, she said. TRS chief KCR had won the battle of statehood and no one should make false charges for his comments on Assam CM Himantha Biswa Sharma for his remarks against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Kavitha said that irrespective of party and leaders, KCR came in support of Rahul Gandhi after the Assam Chief Minister made some remarks against him. Telangana statehood was achieved by KCR with collective support of all other parties and people, she said. “Now the Congress leaders were resorting to false propaganda against the Chief Minister for his response to comments of Assam CM against Rahul Gandhi”, she said. Kavitha appealed to the leaders of political parties to think twice before going to make any comments against the TRS or the Chief Minister. KCR demanded that the BJP leadership and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP Chief JP Nadda should sack Assam CM for his remarks against Rahul Gandhi. (Maxim News)
